We are particularly experienced and knowledgeable in working with small to medium sized Global Majority led organisations that have traditionally been under-funded, and helping to create a ‘bespoke’ model (and forward strategy) for development and growth that is right for them.

Founding/Setting up, and supporting Charities, CICs and a variety of community organisations
Working as frontline Grants Officers in funders and directly with POC and other minoritised communities
Supporting capacity building and overall organisational development and strengthening across the VCS
Working in various roles across the VCS and in statutory organisations working with, and for, communities suffering on-going Racial, and wider, Social inequalities.
